Atte Palomäki

Atte is a strategic communications leader with extensive experience spanning corporate, brand and sustainability communications, reputation management, and executive advisory. For over 15 years, he served as Executive Vice President, Communications, Branding & Marketing at Wärtsilä Corporation, a global technology company in the marine and energy sectors. He has also held communication leadership positions at Nordea Bank and Citycon, a Nordic shopping Center operator.
Today, Atte acts as Senior Advisor at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, working with boards and executive teams on complex communications, ESG and transformation agendas. He is also an inaugural Fellow of the Page Society, the world’s leading community of chief communication officers, and serves on the boards of ProCom – the Finnish Association of Communication Professionals – and Finland's Council of Ethics for Communications.
