Ergo has years of experience serving as the marketing communications manager for IRONMAN Estonia, where he was responsible for the marketing strategies of major international sports events. In addition, he has successfully led sales and marketing activities for NEXPO Tallinn & Greentech Week and served as the marketing manager for the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup event in Otepää.
