Sofie Ustrup is Director and Head of Healthcare at Rud Pedersen, with more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She combines deep insights into the life sciences industry with extensive experience from both the consultancy field and international organisations.
Before joining Rud Pedersen, Sofie was Head of Policy & Communication at MSD Denmark, where she played a central role in developing strategies within policy and communication and ensuring their successful implementation. Additionally, she has worked on both a global and Nordic level at Lundbeck and Gilead, contributing to shaping and strengthening collaboration between policy, industry, and the healthcare sector. With her broad experience and sharp strategic approach, Sofie helps clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape and develop effective solutions that balance business objectives and societal responsibility.
Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Communications & Business Studies from Roskilde University (RUC).
