Max leads Rud Pedersen’s defence and security practice in Denmark, advising companies in the defence, security, and geopolitical sectors on how to engage effectively with political, institutional, and media stakeholders.

At Rud Pedersen, Max helps clients navigate the intersection of politics, policy and business in the evolving security landscape. He develops targeted public affairs and communication strategies that position clients credibly in national and international defence discussions. From business development to contract negotiation, he has expertise in all aspects of public affairs and strategic communications, enabling him to find the common denominator between public priorities and private solution models.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Max worked within the Danish central administration and in the media sector, giving him a strong grounding in both policymaking and public communication.
