Louise Simoni

Specialising in strategic communication and organisational development, Louise bridges the gap between strategy, organisation, and communication, leveraging her extensive experience in both public and private sectors.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner at Rud Pedersen Denmark, Louise focuses on using strategic communication as a mean to reach company goals. She possesses a sharp eye for identifying challenges and opportunities within organisations, translating analyses into executable strategies leveraging potentials in the surrounding landscape. Recent projects include: advising public authorities and interest organisations on effective communication strategies, positioning organisations on relevant agendas and execute campaigns that achieve business goals and create change.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Louise served as Campaign Manager at a leading communications agency, where she assisted public authorities and interest organisations in conveying their messages effectively. Her career also includes roles as Press Officer at the Digitalisation Agency, Ministry of Finance, and several years as a journalist at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). Louise holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and is a trained journalist.
