Lars brings more than a decade’s worth of experience and insights in public healthcare procurement to the client teams he advises on. Therefore, Lars offers unique insights into the funding and procurement processes within public healthcare in strategic public procurement.

During his tenure in the Capital Region, the most populous Danish region, Lars developed strategic partnerships on Public-Private Innovation and Value-Based Healthcare. This has given Lars particular expertise, and he is internationally recognized as a thought leader on these topics.
Lars is internationally recognized as a thought leader within Value-Based Procurement and new healthcare business models. In 2019, he co-founded Rethink Value – an international Value-Based Healthcare think tank.

Lars today is very well connected to the start-up ecosystem and has experience as an executive advisor. He has both maintained a strong network of public decision-makers and also understands what the future will bring for the healthcare sector.
