As Senior Adviser at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, Lars provides strategic guidance on public procurement, leveraging his extensive experience in the Danish healthcare system. He has served more than 13 years as Head of medtech procurement and as New Business Development Manager at Corporate Procurement in the Capital Region of Denmark, focusing on innovation and business development within public healthcare. Additionally, Lars is internationally recognised as a thought leader in value-based procurement and public-private innovation. In 2019, he co-founded Rethink Value, an international think tank on value-based healthcare.
