Kim Bo Meier

Kim is a retired naval officer with more than four decades of experience in defence acquisition, international cooperation, and political approval processes. As part of Rud Pedersen’s Defence Team, he advises national and international clients on defence and security issues, bringing deep operational and procurement insight to complex strategic challenges.

Before joining Rud Pedersen in 2023, Kim was Director of the Air Force and Maritime Division for the past 11 years in the Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO), where he led major acquisition programs and managed strategic engagement with international partners. His extensive military background gives clients a practical understanding of how defence capabilities are developed, financed, and delivered — from political approval to operational deployment.
