Christian is Group COO at Rud Pedersen Group, responsible for the company’s business development and operational performance across European markets.

Christian is an experienced executive with a strong record of driving growth, transformation and operational excellence in professional services firms.

He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in business development, strategy and communications. At Rud Pedersen, Christian focuses on ensuring that the Group’s offices work seamlessly and commercially across markets and disciplines, with a shared commitment to quality, growth and culture.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Christian served for eight years as CEO (and before that COO) of Bech-Bruun, one of Denmark’s leading law firms, where he led a major business transformation with a strong focus on digitalisation, partnership models and commercial development. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Kreab and Radius CPH, advising clients across sectors including infrastructure, finance, healthcare and defense.

Christian began his career in the Danish Ministry of Finance and later served as a political adviser to the Mayor of Building and Construction in the City of Copenhagen.

He has also held several external positions, including Board Member at Radius CPH and Chair of the Consultancy Committee at the Confederation of Danish Enterprise. Christian is a strong adviser to C-level executives and boards on strategic, reputational and organisational matters, with extensive experience in societal issues at the intersection of law, politics and the media.
