As a Senior Consultant at Rud Pedersen, Alexander is part of the healthcare team, where he helps stakeholders across the health and life science sectors navigate complex policy agendas and develop strategic solutions.

He draws on his experience from the Ministry of the Interior and Health, which has given him deep insight into how health policy is shaped and implemented - including the dynamics of economic negotiations between the state, regions and municipalities.

Alexander has expertise in economic governance and incentive structures in the public sector and extensive experience balancing political ambitions with the practical realities of the healthcare system. He supports clients in identifying opportunities within ongoing policy processes and positioning themselves effectively in political discussions.

Alexander holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Southern Denmark, with a focus on how performance information can support better decision-making in healthcare.
