Victor Fickinger

Victor works in the agriculture, food and retail sectors, with experience across the full range of public affairs and communications services, including active substance reapproval, advocacy strategy, operating model design and executive communications.

His recent work spans both legislative advocacy and reputational/communications support, covering pesticides, agritech and digital labelling, biofuels and commercial cards, with further experience in fresh produce trade, packaging, alcohol taxation and geopolitical analysis.

Prior to joining Rud Pedersen in 2021, he worked on digital and financial regulation at a Brussels consultancy, and earlier held roles at the EU Delegation to Australia (trade policy) and the United Nations in the Pacific (development aid).
