Manfred Sintorn
Research Executive, Brussels
Manfred is a Research Executive in the EU & NATO Defence practice. Before joining Rud Pedersen, Manfred worked for Volt Europa’s General Secretariat, Finabel - an intergovernmental organisation and think tank focused on European military interoperability and integration, where he specialised on European defence integration and interoperability - and the European Commission, where he was posted at the political section of the Commission’s representation in Sweden during Sweden’s 2023 presidency of the EU.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Organisations, a master's degree in International Politics from Leiden University, and has just completed an Advanced Master’s in European Policies from KU Leuven. Manfred is a native Swedish speaker, fluent in English, speaks an intermediate level of Dutch, and basic French.
