Specialising in EU public affairs, Malte advises clients navigating the European Union's political and regulatory landscape.

As Account Director at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, Malte focuses on clients in the chemicals, circular economy, and agriculture sectors. He provides strategic guidance on EU policy, leveraging his experience in European affairs to help clients understand and navigate complex regulations. Recent projects include: advising on the European Green Deal, assisting clients in the chemical industry with compliance strategies, and supporting agricultural stakeholders in EU policy advocacy.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Malte was a policy trainee in the Agriculture unit of the General Secretariat of the Council, where he gained valuable insights into EU policy-making processes. He also has previous experience in public affairs and communications.

Malte holds an MA in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University - School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA in Politics from Warwick University. He is fluent in Danish and English.
