Alessandro Ractliffe

Alessandro is a Research Executive in the Financial Services cluster at Rud Pedersen, where he supports clients in the payments sector and advises on digital finance, AML/CFT, and financial regulation.
He previously interned at Europol, working with the Institutional and Legal Affairs team on financial crime frameworks. His focus lies in the intersection of technology, regulation, and financial integrity, particularly in relation to fintech, digital assets, and EU supervisory developments.
Alessandro holds degrees in Political Science and Political Economy from the University of Amsterdam and the London School of Economics. He also studied at Sciences Po Paris as part of an Erasmus exchange.
An Anglo-Italian national, he is a native English and Italian speaker and has intermediate proficiency in French.
