Simon Taylor is an experienced and recognised journalist who has been working in Brussels covering EU affairs since 1995. Most recently he worked at MLex, the specialist regulatory risk news service, where he was senior correspondent on Brexit. Before that, he worked at POLITICO and European Voice, where he was news editor and chief reporter. He has also worked for the Times, the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian.
Additionally, Simon is a frequent commentator on EU affairs for international media including French and German outlets. He has covered almost areas of EU policymaking as well as the political affairs of the EU and its member countries.
Simon speaks fluent French and German.
