Samuel brings experience and passion for climate and energy topics. He focuses predominantly on European and global power and carbon markets. Before joining Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Brussels, Samuel supported clients during the EU ETS reform and the Clean Energy for All European package, worked with a communications consultancy in Paris and later joined the OECD to work on environmental taxation.
Samuel holds a First Class degree in Politics and Philosophy and a dual Master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po and the Hertie School of Governance.
