Leonor specializes in the fields of circular economy and zero pollution, with a particular focus on chemicals, environment and industrial policy.
Her expertise and institutional knowledge build upon her previous experience as a deputy attaché at the Portuguese Permanent Representation to the EU in the preparation and completion of the Portuguese Presidency, where Leonor followed the work of the Environment Council configuration.
Moreover, she has completed a Bluebook traineeship at the European External Action Service and a traineeship at the Portuguese Delegation to the OECD.
Leonor holds a masters in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Law.
