Irina has a background in political science and EU trade policy. Prior to joining Rud Pedersen she worked in Public Affairs and Event Organisation in a Brussels Non-Governmental Organisation, where she focused on Research & Innovation policy. During her bachelor's degree, she completed a traineeship for the Moldovan embassy in Rome, where she helped with administrative and secretarial tasks.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Trento, Italy and a Master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin. She speaks Romanian, Russian, Italian, English and is currently learning French.
