Simona has substantial institutional knowledge, having completed internships at the European Parliament, in DG Presidency, and at VoteWatch Europe, an organisation that provides insights on the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union. At VoteWatch Europe, Simona worked as Research and Communication Assistant and gained insight on food regulation, trade, environmental and economic policies.
