Salvatore has significant experience in the fields of chemicals, circular economy and EU product safety rules. Prior to joining Rud Pedersen, he worked for a Brussels-based consultancy where he actively participated in the managing of the Critical Raw Materials Alliance, gaining a deep understanding of the issues that this sector faces. He also took part in a project with the European Commission aimed at providing ideas and policy suggestions to the Circular Economy Action Plan. Salvatore also has a base knowledge of EU cooperation in criminal matters, including environmental crimes, as he pursued an internship at EuroJust in 2019.
Salvatore holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Bologna as well as two Master’s Degrees in European Affairs from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the College of Europe.
Salvatore is fluent in English, French and Italian and knows some Spanish.
