Christman has considerable experience working as an expert and advisor in the public sector prior to joining Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Estonian. He worked with digital economy and trade related issues – focusing on e-commerce, digital platforms, trade-in services and trade defence (anti-dumping/anti-subsidy). He has been negotiating substance of EU regulations and Free Trade Agreements in the relevant committees of the European Council and of the Commission as an Estonian representative for almost 15 years.
Christman holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Regional Studies and is currently mastering Technology Governance and Digital Transformation at the Tallinn University of Technology.
