Annie has a background in both policy analysis and strategic communications. Having worked in consulting and EU trade associations, her strengths are digital communication, project management, and an in-depth knowledge of EU policy processes.
In roles held prior to Rud Pedersen, Annie worked with clients on circular economy and climate issues, as well as digital policy. She has also organised a number of large conferences and industry projects. Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University, where she focused on the EU Single Market, economics and political affairs. During her Master’s degree in Public Policy from King’s College London, she specialised in regulation and media relations.
